Senior HR Consultant

Department: HR Advisory Services | Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid) | Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Executive & Leadership Development | Location: Remote / Calgary, AB | Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $105,000 / year + competitive benefit allocation.

Compensation Range: $65 - $90 / hour depending on credentials and caseload.

Responsibilities: Deliver strategic HR guidance, construct custom employment policies, conduct compliance audits, and support performance management for Alberta SMEs and non-profit organizations.

Responsibilities: Provide 1-on-1 executive coaching, conduct resume reviews, facilitate supervisor training programs, and lead career transition workshops for non-profit and corporate leaders.

Qualifications: 7+ years of HR advisory experience, CPHR designation preferred, and deep expertise in Alberta Employment Standards.

Qualifications: ICF Certification (ACC/PCC) or equivalent credentials with 5+ years of practical coaching experience with supervisory teams.
